50mlFresh Milk
100gCream Cheese
Topping/Filling/Decoration

PROCEDURE

  1. Whip the fresh cream until it thickens slightly. Do not overwhip, just enough to see a light thickness. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Combine all the whipped mixtures, add fresh milk, and mix until well incorporated to achieve a smooth texture.
  3. Pour the mixture into shooter glasses or small cups.
  4. Add the filling/topping/decoration such as Fruttose Raspberry and muesli.
  5. Decorate according to your creativity.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
