Fruttose Showcases Innovation at Malaysia’s Largest Food and Hospitality Exhibition

This year, Fruttose proudly participated in Food & Hospitality Malaysia 2025 (FHM 2025), held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) from 23–26 September 2025. Our presence was made possible through our valued partners, further strengthening our visibility among industry leaders, chefs, and professionals across the region. As Malaysia’s largest and most influential food, beverage, and hospitality trade event, FHM continues to be a key platform for innovation and industry collaboration.

As part of our involvement, Chef Shiqin, our Pastry Chef represented Fruttose in a live pastry showcase, presenting four exquisite creations which are Banana Crumble Mousse, Berry Berry Forest, Coconut Pineapple Cake, and Pomegranate Earl Grey Chocolate. 

Fruttose also celebrated the art of boulangerie and pastry by sponsoring Boulangerie Malaysia for their demonstration at the Pastry Innovation Lab, one of FHM’s signature feature areas. The lab, supported by leading pastry professionals and organisations, serves as a dynamic platform for knowledge-sharing, live demonstrations, and creative inspiration for the baking and dessert community.

Our participation in FHM 2025 reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting chefs, bakers, and foodservice professionals with high-quality, innovative ingredients that inspire creativity and elevate their craft.
