Bottom Layer (Vanilla Panna Cotta)
750mlUHT Cream
150gFresh Milk
90gFine granulated sugar
12gGelatine powder
1/4 t/sVanilla Powder
Top Layer (Mixed Berry Panna Cotta) Ingredients A
500mlUHT Cream
150ml Fresh Milk
60gFine granulated sugar
10gGelatine powder

150gFruttose Mixed Berry

PROCEDURE

Bottom Layer
  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat until it comes to a boil.
  2. Pour the mixture into *shooter glasses* or small cups.
  3. Let it cool completely before adding the top layer.

Top Layer
  1. Combine all ingredients A in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Add ingredients B, stir briefly, and cook until it releases steam.
  3. Pour the mixture over the bottom layer. Let it cool.
  4. Once cooled, top with *Fruttose Mixed Berry* and garnish with fresh flowers.
  5. Ready to be served as a dessert. Best enjoyed chilled.
