1 nos Egg Yolk
10gCastor Sugar
Ingredients A
5gGelatin Powder
2 t/sWater
60ml Fresh Milk
100gMarcarpone Cheese
100gFresh Cream
Topping/Filling/Decoration
Fruttose Mango 85% Filling & Topping
Honey Malt Cookies

PROCEDURE

  1. Heat *Ingredient A briefly using a double boiler and whisk until creamy. Soak and heat *Ingredient B until dissolved.
  2. Combine *Ingredient A and *Ingredient B, let it cool slightly. Then add Mascarpone cheese and fresh cream.
  3. Pour the mixture into shooter glasses or small containers.
  4. Add the filling/topping (Fruttose Mango and Honey Malt Cookies).
  5. Decorate according to your creativity.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
