Building a Stronger Culture of Food Safety and Quality Together.
Fruttose successfully organised its Food Safety & Quality Culture Week 2026 from 11 to 15 May 2026, led by our Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QAQC) Team.
The week-long initiative aimed to strengthen employees’ awareness and reinforce the importance of food safety and quality in our daily operations. Through a series of educational activities, interactive sessions, exhibitions and quizzes, employees were encouraged to gain a better understanding of food safety practices and their role in maintaining product quality.
Throughout the week, employees participated in various engaging activities focusing on Food Safety Awareness, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Personal Hygiene, and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP). The programme featured a Product Familiarisation Exhibition, alongside a Food Safety Poster Exhibition, interactive quizzes, voting activities, and fun challenges. The event concluded with a closing ceremony, celebrating employees’ participation and commitment to fostering a stronger food safety and quality culture.
The event also featured a Management Pledge Signing Ceremony, demonstrating management’s commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence.
