• 1 Seabass (or your favourite fish) 
  • 200g Ginger (sliced) 
  • 50g Carrot (sliced) 
  • 30g Mushroom 
  • 30g Cauliflowers
  • 1 stick Lemongrass 
  • 150g Fruttose Mango 
  • Garnishing (fried onion, parsley)



  1. Prepare and cut all the vegetables 
  2. Prepare a tray 
  3. Arrange all the ingredients with the fish and steam it for 20 minutes 
  4. After 20 minutes, sprinkle with fried onion and chopped parsley
