  • Pie filling/Nutella
  • Icing sugar
  • Egg for egg wash



  1. Place a rectangular puff pastry sheet on parchment paper on a baking pan
  2. Spread filling of your choice
  3. Cover with another puff pastry sheet
  4. Cut into Christmas tree shape as shown in the video and twist
  5. Brush with egg wash
  6. Bake at 200°C for 20 mins or until browned
