• 750ml full cream milk
  • 75ml liquid glucose (got mine from a baking supplies store) Toppings
  • Cubed mango
  • Mango pie filling, alternatively you can make your own by cooking down some mango and sugar in a pot/microwave
  • Ice cream



  1. Mix liquid glucose and milk in a freezer safe container. If you find that the glucose is too solid, you can microwave it first then add to the milk and dissolve.
  2. Freeze overnight or at least 5 hours.
  3. Using a fork, scrape it to form shaved ice. You can also use a grater which quickens the process.
  4. Top with cubed mango, mango pie filling and ice cream.
  5. Serve immediately.
