Ingredients

  • milk
  • custard powder
  • sugar
  • blueberry filling
  • flour
  • salt & vanila extract
  • egg
  • butter
  • oil

 

Methods

  1. Add 1 cup milk
  2. Mix half cup milk with 3tbsp custard powder
  3. Add 2tbsp sugar
  4. Cook till it thickens
  5. Mix 2tbsp blueberry filling and refrigerate
  6. Prepare yeast mix : 1/2 cup milk + 1 tbsp yeast + 2 tbsp sugar
  7. Mix and set aside for 15mins
  8. Add 2 cups of flour
  9. Add 1/2 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, 1 egg
  10. Add 2 tbsp butter and yeast mix
  11. Mix the dough and let it rest for 1hour
  12. Dust flour, roll the dough and cutout circles
  13. Heat oil, fry both sides on the bomboloni on low heat
  14. Poke a hole in the bomboloni
  15. Pipe the bomboloni with blueberry custard filling
